The staff were attentive and the breakfast was lovely and marvelous. The room had a personal safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar, along with a good-sized bed. The hotel's location is incredible and lovely, very close to the city center. It's near the Cologne Cathedral, the promenade, the Museum of Chocolate, as well as trains and restaurants.

The venue has excellant setting in Altstadt-Nord district not far from the bars, the restaurants and bars, and the main bridge in. Staff is particularly helpful and you can park your car nearby.

I had read some negative comments here about the hotel, but decided still to stay there. And I wasn't disappointed at all! The location is perfect in the old town part and you are really in the middle of everything. There is a public parking a short walk away and very convenient to use. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast very good too!
